Exactly - that forum is the home of CF while this is the hobbist forum.... David visted DC but lets face it how many forums are there ? Loads..... which is why I posted on DC because as I see it David comes here to help you guys who dont go there.....

( and personally I think its nice over there any way )

any question posted over on mp3car is always answered within a couple of days at most... I don't post over here unless I'm answering a question, so this forum is still a place where users can get support...

we did not link over to the latest release instantly, but within a few days...

I went out of town for over a week after this release...

again for everyone else, we still check this forums and your questions will still be answered... for the latest and greatest just refresh our new release forum, or wait possibly a couple of days and it will be posted on all our forums...

Hey guys, just a simple "Sorry, we forgot" would have done, rather than all the long winded explanations and excuses.

    Sorry, we forgot.

Seems that wasn't going to settle it for some folks.

I won't presume to speak for anyone else but, I frequent both forums.

As for posting; if I'm reporting a bug with the software, I'm going to post at the software-maker's forum. I consider that a direct link to them.

However, when the question I have is directed more at fellow enthusiasts, I post here; it's a little less structured...a little more "loose".

I think both forums have their place. While it would be nice if the FluxMedia folks could devote considerable time frequenting both forums, they can't. Especially the last month or so, the ONLY thing on their minds was getting 2.0 Final done and on the street. This was apparent even on their forums. Anything that wasn't a reported bug for RC7 got back-burner treatment. And, once it was finally on the street, they took a (I'm sure) much-needed, and (I know) much-deserved break.

Just throwing my $.02 out there.
