Artwork not appearing on CF - Need Help

Hello Guys

I just downloaded CF 2.0 and for now using it as trial before buy it. I am 90% decided on buying it but there is a problem that is killing me and I might change my mind if I dont solve it.

I had some problems on CF first time it was installed - It recognized most of my music lybrary as "Unkown Artist", no artwork and I could not add music folders. The only way to solve it was to uninstall and reinstall CF.

Right now CF still does show my albums artwork. I have 1202 albuns and it only shows 6 albums artwork.

I use Itunes 8.01 and I can see all my Albums artwork - I can see it even on Winamp.

Whats going on here ? What can I do to solve it ?

are these all MP3 files? can you email one of the files that is having the unknown artist issue, as well as album art that will not show up to support, then we can take a look at it...

No, they are AAC files. I will send you a PM to get your email.

Since I reinstalled CF I havent had anymore problems with "Unknown Artist" but I still cant see 99% of my albums artworks.

BTW I am waiting for an activation email from Flux since last week and havent received it, so I can not post at the forum. Is there any problem at the forum ?

the email I was talking about is the support email for Flux, use that...

pleae email support and we can manually activate your forum account...

Centrafuse does not read the album art work from the AAC file like iTunes, there is only basic support for AAC files, playback of the non DRM AAC format and reading of the basic tag information...

I've emailed then on saturday and until now I havent got any answer. Should I try again ?

What if I convert my whole library to MP3 ? Itunes can do that for me. Will it work ?

I was checking out and the few albums artworks that appear on my library are mp3 files.

mp3 files will work just fine... The problem is most likely with the AAC... you can also try to email again, but I can tell you that Centrafuse does not read album art from inside an AAC file built in iTunes...

it will read from MP3 and/or WMA file...
