Can you boot into Safe Mode?
If so, you may be able to set your shell back to EXPLORER.EXE int he registry.

If not, I don't know what to tell ya.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

ctrl-alt-del, run RegEdit, replace centrafuse.exe with explorer.exe in the registry for the shell application...

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

then close Regedit and either reboot, or run explorer.exe again...

just to be safe, it is best to disable shell before you uninstall...
