    What programs except MS Speech Recognition Engine are necessary? I have Centrafuse 2.0.8.

    with that Voice should work, make sure to train your profile and setup your microphone, you can do this in Centrafuse settings, or in standard Control Panel, then make sure in Centrafuse Voice you have it enabled and turned on...
