silabs radio hiss out of standby

using centrafuse with silabs radio, when the computer comes out of standby I hear a constant hiss. going into radio then exiting resolves the problem.

Also how do you stop the radio? It seems the only way one finished with the radio is to go into playlist. radio then stops.

    any ideas?

if you want to stop listening to radio, you turn down the volume, or change the source like going into Media...

in buffer mode you can pause, and in non-buffer mode we are looking to make play/pause mute the radio device...

I have this problem as well. To clarify David, the problem is if you have been listening to the radio and then switch to playlist before hibernating/standby, when you resume, although the playlist will start playing properly, there is a hiss in the background. The only way to get rid of the hiss is to go from playlist to radio and back to playlist or close CF and reopen it.

    Not that I'm aware of.

I just opened a bug report on the CF forums

i had the very same issue when using roadrunner on xp sp2 the radio would not init after resume and you had to change to a different preset to get it working . but with centrafuse the radio works perfectly every time .
init properly after resume . not sure what dll is been used but this alone is a godsend
