    choppy noise in audio playback

until a few days ago i have been using roadrunner for around 6 months with not too many problems ,fancied a change so installed cf 2.0 looks well nice and clean but nothin works properly . firstly w2hen playing mp3 i have a choppy static nopise in the background something i dont have in road runner .

also the radio will not configure , i have a silabs radio which has had the line in mod done ,so i can see it in cf and seek scan etc but i have no audio from it the closest i get when selecting line in is microphone .

also how to i embed cygic drive into cf ,
if i can sort out these problems then i will buy a registered copy rather than use a trial

the choppy music does not sound normal, not many reports of this... some reported it out of hibernation and the latest 2.1 release which you can read about on the flux forums has information about that issue...

to hear the audio you have set the Recording and Playback device in Radio settings, you should see the options from your sound card the device is plugged into...

once in Settings you can hit the "+" to add an external application, also check the Plugins section of the Flux forums, I believe other users are using that navigation...

I have issues with choppy audio. When the song changes, it's choppy for the first 2 seconds then is fine. CF 1.2 did not have this issue.
Did you get your sound sorted out?

yes i did sort it but it was windows causing the error

in xp sp2 if a usb device exceeds the 500mw power rating windows disables it

the device was still trying to work causing the noise ,never did it before i installed sp2 and microsoft dont have a fix for it

    Thanks
