lucky me,
just thinking to do like that
I wouldn't dare to try to reproduce this..
Here's what happened (using CF2 806).
I went into Settings | Audio/Video to setup Video Folders, clicked on Video Folders --> was presented with a list with default location (just one as far as I remember - My Documents/My Videos or something like that) - Was going to delete that one and add the location where my video files were stored
-- clicked on the minus sign
-- female voice started to speak something GPS related - I ignored that
-- I was given the standard dialog asking me if I was "sure to remove this directory from my video folders"
-- clicked "yes"
-- a lot of disk activity started to happen and soon my PC froze dead.
-- rebooted. It did boot into XP but gave me some error messages, I looked and found that
most of the files on the C: drive were gone!
most bizarre..
