MagicJack over wireless broadband and Centrafuse

Hi, this is my first day using Centrafuse. I'm learning my way through fiddling with the settings, hoping that this is an easy fix.

Now here's the deal, I'd like to use the MagicJack as my internet phone instead of tethering a cell phone. MagicJack is similar to Skype or Vonage, however, the magicjack connects via USB. I enjoy using this device because I can place a call to anywhere in the world while driving throughout Washington with a reliable high speed broadband connection.

Now, I've tinkered with the Phone Settings in CF and can't get the magicjack to work. Can someone point me in the right direction to enable the device with centrafuse?

    Thank you

35 views and no suggestions? Makes me wonder if I am the only one who's gone automobile with a high speed wireless internet connection.

This technology from ClearWire is the wave of the future. For less than $40 a month, you receive unlimited high speed wireless internet. With it, you can video conference in your car.

I used to pay Verizon $52.00 a month for cell phone service without using their DATA capability which cannot make a video conference over a smart phone or PDA. I'm now saving $584 a year by going with magicjack.

In the Washington area Clearwire and MagicJack is the way to go.

I am hoping someone out there can help me get this to work with Centrafuse.

    Thumbs down

I love "try before you buy" software.

Since I've waited long enough for a response from the head shed, it's time to uninstall CentraFuse and move on.

we have not looked into any support for the MagicJack... It would not work directly with our Phone module because that is designed just for Bluetooth Hands Free Profile support on phones...

a plugin could possibly be created, and a request for support could be made on the Flux forums, or in the Flux Plugins Forum...
