Centrafuse 2.0 Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Remote Control

Since Centrafuse was first released, I have been using my Sony Ericsson cell phone, K750i at the time, now W810i, that is equipped with the standard SE bluetooth remote software, to control music functions in Centrafuse. Some others probably do this as well.

To explain...Centrafuse 1.47...installed on the PC in my truck, I can use the phone as a remote to skip through songs, forward or back, and to change the volume. Works great when you're outside of the truck by the fire and you're like me...to lazy to get up. The phone basically works as a HID for the computer.

Problem...I updated to Centrafuse 2.0, this bluetooth remote capability doesn't work as it once did. I'm not sure if the new software doesn't allow media keys etc...but I ended up going back to 1.47 just to be able to use my cell phone as a remote.

Any chance of reincorporating this into Centrafuse?

CF still does allow hotkeys to control certain aspects of CF.
Go to the settings menu, press and hold the + button. This will bring up additional setup features. Scroll down to hotkeys and make sure you are sending the correct keystrokes.

Ok, I'll have to re-install the new version of CF. Thanks for the tip. I'll try it soon and post my findings.
