had this problem with my RF 3sixty.1. All you can do is go back from what i've tried.
WTF!
I removed the previous pairing, unplugged my adapter and removed the old version of Blue****, then ran the update for the new version...and copied the newer DLL to the CF directory...
Now it doesn't find my DiNovo anymore, but it'll find other devices in range!
I NEED my DiNovo!
Help!?
I tried a complete uninstall of the new version, nadda...
I even re-ran CF setup to install the previous version, nadda...

I haven't tried it yet but this might work:
Unplug your bluetooth dongle, then as you plug it back in, be holding down the button that is on your dongle for 5-10 seconds even after it has been plugged in.
Let me know if that works!
