Have you checked your USB cable?

I am encountering the same issue using XM Direct.
My XM works fine using other software like Street Deck however I never see any channels within CF.
OK, I get the same issue when it's on the laptop. Seriously feel like a dumbass here.....
It sounds like a configuration issue with in CF. Have you tried going into advanced setting mode and changing the COM port for XM to what ever COM port is assigned to the XM Radio under device manager?

Yes I've configured several different Front Ends for testing purposes and I am positive that I have set the settings correctly. This is the only one I cannot get working properly.
I've noticed when I open the nav (trial version) it seems to think i'm somewhere in europe or new york. It does not ever pick up my current location.
Its not an issue, its actually because the DEMO doesnt allow use of the Nav version. In order to use it, you have to buy it. Its a lisicencing thing with FLUX and Destinator. If I where you, dont waster your time with the NAV version, simply buy the standard and use the iNav plugin.
As far as the HD Radio issue, you may want to post in the Flux Forums. Maybe someone has an answer there. http://forums.fluxmedia.net

Thanks again for the help everyone. I have posted in the flux forums. Not much luck there either

Looks like it's not getting through to the COM port.... Do any other apps access that port?
