No audio from Visteon HD input unless output port changed twice

Ok, might be a bug, but every time I restart the computer, I get no audio from the radio (Visteon Zoom HD). I can see the HD stations, can tune the frequencies, and can even hear beeping from Centrafuse itself. Even the settings are correct in the 'advanced' settings for the radio (Line In). But, every time I restart the computer, I have to go back into the advanced settings and change the output port twice and save in order for the audio to come back. Any thoughts?

Forgot to add. . .I'm using Centrafuse 3.

Hmmm. . .am I the only one having this problem? I remember hearing somewhere that Mitch's cable's for HD radio were best, but I have one from Mobile Computing Solutions. Could this be a problem? If I remember right, the issue with sub-par cables had to do with hibernation, but my hibernation is fine. The only other thing I can think of is drivers, but I'm loading Windows first, so the driver is loading before Centrafuse, and like I say, I can hear beeping and everything else. I'm up for suggestions! (This even happens in a 'wake-up' from hibernation).

Not sure about your cable but I'd ditch it and go get one of Mitch's cables. His support is great and he has updated plugins for CF3 for the HDRadio and USB switcher. I just installed CF3 and got the radio setup without any issues.

there ARE no drivers... its just rs232... does it tune? and show HD artist/title?
if so... its just how you manage the audio... i would assume connected to line in on your pc.... then its just how you have CF setup...

Mine works just fine, I just can't tune the HD stations. No issues with having to reset the com port in CF3.

press and hold the am/fm button till it beeps (ugly, but thats what they coded)

I have the same issue and I can't figure it out. I've noticed that my volume gets muted every time I restart CF. I was told on another forum that it's the delay at the general settings has to be turned on and adjusted higher and higher until it stops muting, but it's not working for me.
if I hibernate the pc with CF on, the sound returns. this one only happens with HDradio only.
any other ideas?
