a brand name would at least give you quality components inside usually, i use msi starkey its a class 1 and i seem to have no problems with btSNO
The sound quality on my calls are horrible. Static and choppy. Im currently using one of those mini bluetooth adapters that are a couple dollars on ebay. But its 2.0 and EDR compliant. Also I have no WIFI adapter so I dont think its interference.
Would a better quality bluetooth adapter make the difference? Can someone chime in on there results and with what adapters there using. Thanks.

Thanks sno. Ima see what deals I can find on it and try it out. Anyone else have success with any other brands?
Got one on ebay for 14.99, i'll see if it works. I noticed on the box in the picture it has anti-interference built in, so that might be what is needed to clean up the signal.
I think its one of the best bluetooth dongles out there, i run keyboard, mouse, obdII,phone and moto s9 headset on it never a problem. i hope you fix your problem with it. SNO
