It seems like CF was quick to take my $129 but now I can't get a second of support. How nice.

I'm relying on someone here to help me with an issue that I just can't seem to resolve myself. I have an SB External USB 5.1 Sound Card and I just added the Phoenix Audio MT107A echo-cancelling microphone. I went into the control panel and kept the SB as my default playback and made the MT107A my default recording device. This enabled the hands-free to work great through CF. The one thing that stopped working was the volume in CF. I could no longer change it. I went back into the control panel and set the SB for both playback and recording and I could once again control volume, but now I don't get any microphone input for the hands-free, so the person on the other end can't hear me. The MT107A is even selected as the input device under the Bluetooth settings in CF, so I don't know why it isn't picking it up, unless its a CF bug. I know I'm not the only one out there using CF and the MT107A (or any USB mic for that matter), so I'm asking you what I am missing? I have posted on the CF forums as well as contacted their support, but it's a ghost town.
