So I have been trying out Centrafuse trial and RR. So far I can't get either to work 100%. My issues in Centrafuse are that I have a CSR based Bluetooth adapter that I got from MP3car and Centrafuse does not recognize it at all. It just keeps telling me that no bluetooth device is installed?
Currently I'm running Windows XP 32bit SP3. The dongle is recognized and installed by windows automatically.
You need a bluesoleil compatible bluetooth dongle, as well as the actual bluesoleil BT stack installed. That being said, even with all those things in place, Centrafuse is notorious for being very unreliable with bluetooth connections, primarily due to bugs in BlueSoleil stack.

I haven't yet, I had to do some other things earlier today but I'm going to start messing with that right now.
I have to say after reading the multiple issues with some things (like bluetooth) it seems odd to pay 100+ dollars for software that can't do everything it's supposed to lol.
You have to pay for the BlueSoleil stack?
You get a license when you buy Centrafuse, at least you used to. If you are using the trial version, BlueSoleil can still be used in trial mode, but you'll be limited to 2MB worth of data transfer
Hmm...... alright well I'm going to play with getting the stack working.
Well installed BlueSoleil and it detects my device as a CSR device and installs the driver. For some reason it doesn't let me turn on bluetooth or something? Once in a while my phone can see the CarPC but othertimes it doesn't.
Alright, well I was having some other issues with XP so I installed Windows 7 and took another stab at it. BlueSoleil installs and works just fine, paired with my phone no problem.
