Connected/Disconnect in CentraFuse

Does centrafuse look at the phone for an internet connection or the computer itself. because mine always say disabled even though i am connected... so how stupid im i? and what do ineed to do?

The connection status in the top right only displays the internet status. PhoneControl only connects to your phone for use in dialing, hanging up, retrieving phonebook, etc..., nothing to do with internet. You need to setup a Dial Up Networking connection for your phone and set it up to dial whatever you dial to establish a data connection with your provider.. I use AT&T which is *99# I think... Then go to tools/internet options/connections in IE and setup the new conenction as your default internet connection... CENTRAFUSE is then able to control your default internet connection.. It will say disconnected, but once you click it, it will dial your default internet connection and change the status to connected... You can also click it again and it will hang up your default internet connecetion... You just click it and have it dial when you need to use it and hangup when you are done...

It will also say connected when it sees any type of internet connectivity... so if you have wireless hooked up and it gets a signal, it will change and display connected... If run on a desktop with LAN, it will always say connected and so forth...

hmmm thats what i thought. because i am connected thought a LAN and it says disconnected

(and yes its enabled in the settings)

hold on..... it says connected now... wtf dont ask it just started working. i setup a new local network and it started working....

It doesn't always instanstly turn to connected when you launch CENTRAFUSE... Sometimes it takes a second for it to detect the internet status and update the image.... Not sure if it wasn't changing though... glad its working now...
