I want to be convinced by CF

I am using Frodo right now and I am happy with it. However, thnings can always get better.
Can someone try to convince me about CF. Should I switch and why? What are the pro's and con's?

Well not every forum just this one and Roadrunner. The other ones I have tried.

Trying to get some more or less objective comparison. That seems difficult however there are a lot of "believers" and "fans" around these fora!

Nothing wrong with that but makes it difficult to choose

well i was using ME but i wanted phone control intergration so the step to CF was pretty obvious

i also like CF thats its a pretty clean and easy app doesn't have 9389 options and config screen's (like frodo) i never liked Media car so didn't use it (tried it though) so i don't think i'll use road runner either but i may try it anyways but the phonecontrol intergration so
my destinator map resource down permanently

To be honest I haven't looked into that many frontends but for the moment I favour Centrafuse.

MediaCar: Nice, but outdated and no longer supported.

Frodoplayer: Also nice, but to me it appears a bit cluttered trying to please everyones likings. (no offense Frodo)

Mobile Media Center: Looks very promising but is, at the moment, more or less and advanced mediaplayer. We'll have to wait for the more featurepacked (GPS) versions. Besides, I can't install it on my desktop without having a crash after the database build. It did work on my laptop though.

Centrafuse: Take som features from frodo, add some clean looks from MMC and then top it all off with Phonecontrol, GPS, ODBII (yummy) and there you have it.

sounds very good. What about the software quality. Does it all work flawlessly without crashes and so?

to each his own. everyone has different needs.
Frodo has stuff CF doesn't and CF has stuff Frodo doesn't.
Hows that for a side by side comparision.
you could load both and flip between them. thats what I do.

You can't expect it to be flawless since it's still a beta.
    Check the bug-reports for glitches.

Having said that, it works just fine for me, the only problem I have is the traffuc url (as explained in the bug-reports) but it's not the end of the world.
No crashes or something like that.
