It doesn't matter wich language version of Windows you're using.
What does matter is your "Standard and formats" setting in "Regional and Language Options".
If you're using period as "Decimal Symbol" then it's working just fine,
but if you're using comma it doesn't.
From what I could tell yesterday, the initial location seems fine and even the heading (map rotation) is working, but for some odd reason the position isn't updated. That's why I first thought you where using the drum buffer, because the output from the GPS reciever doesn't change depening on your settings in "Standard...." and if that data goes unchanged to the destinator dll then it might be something with updating the windows.
Could you compile the Destinator stuff as a standalone, then it would be fairly easy to see if that part works ?
