Thread: Running a program in CF

I would like to be able to use all these icons for something I can get the programs to run in CF however I can't see the whole program the horizontal is fine however the vertical is where I'm haveing the trouble. Is there a way to add a scroll bar to the window so that I would be able to see the rest of the window.

I'm really new to all this so please don't kill me if I'm asking a really stupid question.

Also what programs should I use to edit the skins change colors etc.
