    just installed and..

    don't know if I'm the only one with this problem but with my 8" lilliput i can't read at all even if I'm not in direct sunlight
    so I'm thinking that the only rapid way to solve would be a very high contrast skin, like white text over black background
    I'm a little OT but it's a start
    Peugeot 206 1.4 HDi

    tint your windows? move to england where there is no sun....

    yea I plan moving on england to get fine LCD perfornance. it's in the will-do list right now
    but in the meantime I think a skin could help

    My new skin has better contrast. It will be included in the 1.3 version.

    great
    oh by the wah david, with 1.2 I often get a problem, my embedded gps application is killed but it stays in task manager and won't restart, I know you've fixed this but it still won't close
    you could add an option in the configuration asking the name of the process to kill on exit
