    using voice in centrafuse.. how?

    i just got the logitech noise cancelling microphone that many of you were recommending in the other thread in the navivoice forum.

    but i cant seem to get it to work with centrafuse. I installed sapi, trained the program. I am able to toggle the "ear" in centrafuse. But it doesnt respond to any of my commands.

    am i doing something wrong? any idead

    edit: as soon as i posted it started working..... but for some reason every once in a while when i say "next song" instead of playing the next song it goes to the mixer screen, this is probably not a centrafuse thing but what sapi recognizes it as...
    I wish i knew how to do fiberglass work...

    can i use the built in things from centrafuse as well as navi voice at the same time?

    like use centrafuse's commands for the player, and navivoice for for like iguidance using the same "computer" recognition command or do i have to set them as two different commands?

    I'd suggest you remove most of the commands from NaviVoice's XML file, as you're not going t obe using them. But yes, it will work.

    Hey 0l33l,

    How do I set up navi voice where I can use centrafuses voice commands and some of navi voice's commands at the same time just using navi voice. I have an nLite system without Microsoft Speech. SO this would be cool if I can do this. Any way you can create the xml file and post it.....

    NaviVoice uses SAPI just like CF. So on an nLited system, neither will work.

    CF doesn't have a SDK, so I can't put in support for CF into NaviVoice so you could just disable the integrated speech recognition.

    I have been using nLite and the other day I was able to get speech running for CF. If you follow the posts in the nLite Safe Settings post #28, but choose not to remove Media\Speech, and System\CTF it will work just fine for you.

    It should be possible to just install SAPI, worth a go, will save you reinstalling everything again
