Delorme 2005: Best looking maps (when zoomed in to a normal level, their way zoomed out maps are ugly) plus the only mapping software to display 3 simotanious maps at different zoom levels (and I think the only one with a bread-crumb trail and automatic logging). Unfortunatly it's not TS friendly at all. Hopfully I will be able to change that with SKINbedder though.

BTW: SKINbedder virtually removes the need for an SDK for any program. It is a very simple app that I'm sure David could easily build-in to Centrafuse (and it sounds like 1.3/1.4 will already have a lot of it's scripting stuff, he would just need to add SKINbuttons that run scripts [both inside CF and overlaid on top of the embedded window]). Until he does though, you can just use SKINbedder .

.. and they have loads of extra features like weather and traffic overlayed directly on the GPS maps...
    *drool*

Even though I really hate that word but that surely would be 'awesome'

$200 would the the one time cost for a developer to include that on an app. (for example, Centrafuse). I believe user's cost will be limited to paying for the maps? Not sure about any of this!
