If you put the option to view videos from the hard drive through the dvd player, can you put the option to view a 16:9 movie in its native format, instead of squishing it together to fit fullscreen on a 4:3 screen? Or even if the the video player is not moved into the dvd section. I'm guessing this would need to be some sort of toggle option as music videos and tv shows should still be displayed in a 4:3 format, or maybe some people may even want their 16:9 movie to show full screen.

I also would like the option of switching the gamma control to a day/night skin option. Also, a user configurable timer for the switch would be nice too like in Frodoplayer.

Other than a few bugs, its been working great. Thanks for adding the configurable button support. Replaced the radio button with a GPS button for APP1. Works great.

The script I created toggles between 2 different brightness/contrast modes that I configured through powerstrip. Works beautifully, but I cant find a way to 'execute' it from within CF.
this will be possibly with the SDK....

1.3 was a very very early BETA release... I have said many times it's not finished and doesn't include everything....

One thing I would find extremely useful is being able to use either tab or the arrow keys to navigate from button to button and then hit enter to click on them. I do have a touch screen (which I now consider a waste of money) and I use a IR steering wheel remote instead. It has up, down, left, and right arrow buttons on it already (and another 7 additional buttons) and navigating through Mediacar/Roadrunner was very simple. It would be very handy to be able to do this with Centrafuse too. This would be especially helpful when trying to compile a playlist or queue up certain songs/videos while driving. Somedays I don't feel like listening to certain music but I do anyway b/c it's a pain to try and get exactly what I want while driving.

I know you can edit the hotkey file, but the hotkeys are for specific screens or functions. I want to be able to navigate with my fingers on the steering wheel control without having to take my eyes off the road much or hands off the wheel.

    Darn...

This means you need to know how to code, in order to do what one would consider a fairly simple and VERY useful task. I had intended to write a few script to do 'certain things' and then be able to fire them up from within CF interface. Would you reconsider adding this as a switch to the APPS section?

Somebody please describe what an SDK is. I know what it stands for "Software Development Kit" but what do they do? and what are they used for?

It is a kit to develop software to work with the application.
