You know it works in the playlist, genre and track lists too right (and in the main Ply/Art/Alb/Gen menu too for that matter)?

In artist and album mode I do have all the letters... it's just a few of the numbers that I don't have.

the ability to click on a song and it play, not have to click on track 7 of a album, hit load and it start playing the album from the beginning.

The skin files should really be in BITMAP instead of JPEG

It makes no sense to use a lossy file format for skin files

Centrafuse may be a good medium to set up a GPS / Speedtrap database. Everyone wants Centrafuse and its only picked up by geeks. It could have a system that can take GPS coordinates of speedtraps either entered manually or entered automatically from a radar detector interface (like that that is being developed for the Valentine One) and then simply confirmed. You could have people upload their personal database to a server and download updates. It would be similar to an anti-virus defition database with a way to add your own definitions.

Quick button philosophy: Every button should do something in every mode.

Request:

1) When I am in "Media" and I click the Media button at the top of the 5 left buttons, make it enter the Media Manager (same as clicking the 3 line icon).

2) When I am in the Media Manager and down a few levels deep in the library, if I click the Library button in the upper left, it should go to the root of the library.

When you hold the page up/down buttons, could you make it "smooth scroll" the list?

If not, how about holding the page up/down buttons is an alternate letter-seek (but the list just updates to the next letter [one letter every .5 seconds] rather than displaying the overlay letter)

Not sure if anyone else feels this way but would it be possible to make the volume buttons move faster! It takes forever to increase or decrease the volume.

I second this since I use a keypad as my main input device second to the touchscreen.. It's just safer to use something I can feel without taking my eyes off the road..

Would be nice if it were easier to configure the hotkeys as well.. Media Engine does it very simple for people like me

You just click a button on the screen that says for example "Volume Up" then it says "Press key to assign this action" or whatever it says, and you hit say the + key and it sets it. Is the only way to edit in Centrafuse by editing the hotkeys.xml? Is there a list somewhere that tells me what the text version of all keys are for say the num pad? Excuse my lack of knowledge
