Did you make sure Cover Art was enable in SETTINGS?

I did. I've tried everything. My directory structure is as follows:

    F:\Rock\Beatles\Abbey Road\
    1-Come Together.mp3
    2-Something.mp3
    folder.jpg

It's my understanding that all you need to do is enable cover art in the settings and place a jpg named folder.jpg in the folder containing the songs from the album (as shown above). I can't get it to work. Am I missing something?

Ok go into the directory the album is in (Not in CF, IN Windows) Right-Click on the folder, click properties > Customize > then where it says Folder Pictures click " Chose Pictue" and selct ur picture and try that....

    Thanks for your help, Cheekz.

I found the problem. I had checked the box in XP folder options that asks if I want to hide known file extensions. This meant that everytime I named a picture file folder.jpg, it was actually being named folder.jpg.jpg. Once I got rid of the second .jpg in the name everything worked great.
