not really sure what the advanced manager is, i remember checking to turn it on in the settings but didnt really see any difference.
I must also admit, i havent been testing the app like i would like to, (in my car) because mostly of the next song bug which would cause a huge distraction while im driveing if i had to allways manualy advance the next song. So most of my testing is on the desktop.

I've been playing with it on and off and can't see the difference either.

    What should the difference be?
How would we know if it is working?

Doesnt it just basically add your songs to the playlist you select and not the que?

I am considering removing this feature... that's why I ask... Basically when not in advanced mode everytime you click "+" it adds to the queue... When advanced manager is enabled it adds to the loaded playlist... So if advanced manager is enabled and you click "playlists", click one of your saved playlists, then go back to library and hit "+"... the selection will be added to the open playlist and automatically saved...

It's basically a way for you to not only save playlists, but actually edit them too... Might be a little much for the car...

If there's no great overhead then I'd like it kept.
