Volume up Keyboard shortcut not working

Pressing CTRL+ALT+Right should increase the volume. Does this work for anyone else?

    CTRL+ALT+Left certainly lowers the volume.

If this does work does anyone have any idea where to look to find my fault.

    Thanks.

PS - Yes, the keys all work! LOL.

What are the keyboard shortcuts? I don't have a touch screen installed at the moment, but would just like to skip music using the keyboard...
    Carputer Progress:

    Re-do fabrication of screen [DONE]
Add mini-USB and micro-USB power from M2-ATX [DONE]
    Teardown PC [100%]
Add HDMI > VGA converter [0%]

go to settings and click hotkeys, you will see a list of all the hotkeys and you can change them...
