CENTRAFUSE BETA 2 [1.4] Requests

Media Center can play M4p files and there are probably others. Don't think WMP can or will be able too though.

TMU it's just a case of licensing your PC and having the right player/plug-in for the iTunes files. It would be great if CF could support this file type.

Drive a long, think of a song, buy it from iTunes, play it!

EXACTLY!!!

but i have no idea in whats involved in the making of CF and programs like it so i dont know how hard it could be to get the iTunes files to work with CF....
david how do you go about getting things ike itunes working with CF?
is this somthing that you could get to work on CF? or is it just a dream? lol

my understanding of iTunes DRM is you can only play the file on the pc you downloaded it on, or your iPod (how does this work if you reformat your drive I wonder?)

Anyway ... if the above is true, you'd have to download all your music on you car PC ... meaning you can't buy a song on your desktop, then send it to your carpc to play.

You could always use iTunes to burn your DRM files to cd, then re-rip to Mp3 or OGG.

I have a strange problem...
This is what I do:
Open CF
Browse directory (3cd best of MJ)
play.

after a minute of two I got this screen..
What the heck is CBWaudio? The playlist got messed up.. 219 pages with the same number..

iTunes allows you to register 5 PCs for 1 account. You can play your downloaded tunes on 5 different PCs at the same time.

It's the name of a Crystal Audio card driver! TAIK!

Centrafuse will play AAC and MP4 files already... Currently I have the extensions set to "aac" and "mp4"... I accidently left out the "m4a" extension, but they will also play... I have since added "m4a" and those will work in the upcoming release...

Hi, what about adding a "Last Screen" Variable to the Startup Location so that when it re-started CF would show the same screen as when it was shut down ???

David ... I think i may have to withdraw my statement on the artist/album quick search feature you have implimented. I've been using it and having a hard time being accurate with the letter I want to jump to. Maybe it's my jeep's suspension .... but I'm usually holding down on the touch screen trying to go left or right to get to the correct letter, and then I'll hit a small bump in the road and my finger will move up or down, causing the letter to jump way up or down.

how's everyone else making out with this feature?

There is no left and right.... it only works UP/DOWN.

It just APPEARS that left/right works ,a dn that it scrolls through letters slower, but that's just an illusion. What's happening is that as you move your finger left/right you are surely also moving it a few pixels up/down because it is so hard to draw a perfectly horizontal line.... and hence it scrolls though letters, at an apparent slower pace. David, the left/right thing would be a nice feature though!

About your specific problem: can't help you there... I agree, with bumps and whatnot, this would be very hard to use.
