GPS,
Internet Explorer / MobileWeb / Firefox,
Want a list of programs i could embed as im running out of ideas....
what have you lot got?
GPS,
Internet Explorer / MobileWeb / Firefox,
e-mail client? wifi locator?
What is the window name for Internet explorer?
why using IE??
any decent wifi location software?? I would LOVE to see some sort of tie in between the GPS mapping and the netstumbler-like software.. even if it would just allow for some "bookmarks" or similar demarkation on the maps... the netstumbler / stumbverter setup is just too many steps for just trying to locate a local hotspot...Originally Posted by silencery
Why not to use IE. It's likely to be already on the system.Originally Posted by OriginalNick2
It starts faster then for example FireFox.
The bullxxx about bugs goes up for every client.
And something thats most imported for other apps, its supported by almost every site on the internet. Something you can't say about the other clients that don't use parts of the IE modules

I love that analogy of IE.Originally Posted by Bokky

But not tommorrow!
My main apps are iGuidance (GPS) and TMO (OBD DataLogging).
All others are for configuration: explorer.exe (which now starts on the desktop folder thanks to the new <parameters>), Girder, and Delorme Serial Emulator (but that's just to start it since I can't figure out how to use AutoIt to right-click its tray icon and then click "monitor..." [especially since there is no "tray" as CF is the shell]).
PS: I have tried to convert myself to FireFox multiple times. Although it has a lot of things I love, it is missing things IE has that I can't live without (no, I'm not going to list them... at least not in this thread).
