Any AutoIt script experts out there?

I've written a script to operate all CF functions usinmg a Contour Designs Shuffle. It works kind of like an iDrive and means you don't need to touch the screen to navigate CF.

My hand can just rest nicely on the shuttle, which is on the center console arm rest, and operate everything.

The one thing I have't yet resolved is working the letter selection feature of CF where a touch and drag brings up letters to select the songs.

I can't get AutoIt to detect when a button is released.

I'm using HOTKEYSET throughout the script and this works great for passing key presses. What I need is to pass a key release to the script.

    Any ideas anyone?

No, mouse up simulates 'mouse up'.

What I need is to know when a keypress is released.

That way, keeping a key pressed will cycle through the selection letters until you release the key. You will then be taken to songs begining with that letter.

I've got it working in a way that requires a press to start and a press to stop but that's not as elegant as detecting a key release.

I'll gladly post it when I've sorted this last bit. It will then be complete. It's of no use without a Shuttle Pro though.

If you PM me your email address I make sure you get a copy when it's done. In the meantime if you have any questions just ask.
