    Embed Wireless Zero?

Can we embed the Wireless Zero Connection manager in Windows so we can switch networks?

This would be awesome, or maybe a plugin?

I havn't tried to embed that program. However I have embeded netstumbler and now winc. I really like winc for its use on connecting to wireless networks scaned and preferred. I would suggest looking into that program. Easly embeds and is really easy to use via the touch screen.

Nice, I think I looked at winc not long ago, but never went the full step with it.

    Ill check it out again.

BTW, what was your Winc window name and params? Also your netstumbler if you have em!

I don't have netstumbler. However I beleive some poeple in the skinbedder forum figured out some work arounds to the window title. As it changes everytime you open it to Netstumber - <some time dated file name>.

    Here is my winc settings...

    <PATH>C:\Program Files\Cirond\Cirond Winc\Winc.exe</PATH>
    <PARAMETERS></PARAMETERS>
    <WINDOWNAME>Winc</WINDOWNAME>
    <DISPLAYNAME>SCANNER</DISPLAYNAME>
    <PAUSEMUSIC>False</PAUSEMUSIC>
    <LINECONTROL>NONE</LINECONTROL>
    <MUTEONEXIT>False</MUTEONEXIT>
    <STARTFULLSCREEN>False</STARTFULLSCREEN>
    <ENABLEHEADER>True</ENABLEHEADER>

Also with WINC when you first run it it likes to resize itself so it doesn't fill the CF embedded area. However, clicking on the title to full screen and again for the windowed embedded fixes this quirk in winc.

I decided to give netstumbler a try didn't take long to get it embedded... Like I said the fact it makes a new time dated file everytime you open it makes it a pain to open... However to get it to embed first run the program and then save the log file to something... In my config I used log.ns1 save it to the directory where you saved netstumbler. Then using the parameters in CF call that file.

    <PATH>C:\Program Files\Network Stumbler\NetStumbler.exe</PATH>
    <PARAMETERS>log.ns1</PARAMETERS>
    <WINDOWNAME>Network Stumbler - log.ns1</WINDOWNAME>
    <DISPLAYNAME>SCANNER</DISPLAYNAME>
    <PAUSEMUSIC>False</PAUSEMUSIC>
    <LINECONTROL>NONE</LINECONTROL>
    <MUTEONEXIT>False</MUTEONEXIT>
    <STARTFULLSCREEN>False</STARTFULLSCREEN>
    <ENABLEHEADER>True</ENABLEHEADER>

Please note if you don't create a file that you specify in parameters stumbler will get cranky with you...

Hope this helps. Both programs work great and will
