    Centrafuse and GPS

I know there have been a few posts about this, ive done some searching but haven't really found what im looking for. Im wondering what GPS software people find is easiest to use in CF. i had read that Destinator and MM was the intended setup in the newbie FAQ but when i looked for somewhere to buy Destinator i couldnt find it. So if Destinator is the preferred GPS where do i buy it?

Destinator is not available for PC. Most folks find iGuidance to be the best GPS application, and it's routing is far superior to D3's anyhow.

    I use CoPilot
I find it the absolute best suited for touchscreen and using the system while driving

It however doesnt embed into applications so I use a program made by xBrady called AltTabber that will switch from Centrafuse to CoPilot by touching a specified area of the screen

I have used both Destinator and iGuidance. I have went with iGuidance mainly because of routing, and their maps. It embedds easy with the help of SkinBedder. However, you might want to wait a little bit on getting a GPS to see what David does with centra. I beleive he is going to go with Teletype GPS for the first GPS program centra will intragrate into. Teletype does sound interesting with its voice prompts and nice looking maps. My suggestion is to wait a month or two till david lets us know what verision and program he will support first and go from there. If you can't wait get iGuidance.

David posted yesterday that he will not be using Teletype because the SDK is no good. I don't think he yet knows what he's going to do.

From the way I see it, you have 2 good options right now:

Sit tight and see what microsoft does for streets and trips 2006 (and save a little money), or go get iguidance and use it with the app im making:

    Is that sexy or what?
