how about an 'dom'ain button that you hit, and will display a customizable list so you can add whatever domain suffixes you want to the list.

edit: it could default to .com (or whatever you prefer), and when you press it, it presents you with your customized list..

    david- heres another idea
since there is obviously limited real estate, how about allowing "keywords"
i hate to use that word cuz of AOL, but heres the idea:

web browser will work normally if you type in www.mp3car.com
but when you type in just "mp3car", it will first detect the lack of a period in the url and enter the "keyword" mode:
1st action will be to check www.mp3car.com, if no response then
2nd action will be to check www.mp3car.net, if no response then
3rd action will be to check www.mp3car.org... etc

and since some sites omit the "www" entirely these days, perhaps try those too, not sure what order though.

i know this may cause the browser to take longer to "resolve" the url, but theres not reallly room for all these options on the limited real estate... just an idea

Only thing I see missing now is day/night skin option. Add that, clean up some bugs and tell me how much it costs.

It uses the same favorites as IE...

It uses the same favorites as IE...

I guess I should add Firefox bookmarks support as a feature request then. It would be great if the browser had an import bookmarks feature. Or, since Firefox bookmarks are simply contained in a file called bookmark.html, the ability in settings to point to the file or folder containing favorites. No big deal - maybe I can figure out a workaround

I mentioned this on another thread, but it's probably more appropriate here. I would like to have the option to disable the CF mixer/EQ completely so I can manage sound through my soundcard software.

Is it possible to offer the user a choice of whether pressing on the top bar with the song info opens the quick media window or if it enlarges the enbeded \ plugin window? The new way of enlarging the window is a very small area and is distracing to press while driving. This was one of my favorite and most used features of CF, now half the time i miss or press to far over and the window dissapears alltogether, which is annoying when you are tring to enlarge the window quickly to better see a turn on the GPS screen you are about to come up on.

I would suggest something about MUSIC MANAGER:

In my case, some of mp3's have not their ID TAG filled.

So sometimes I am in the case that Music manager don't find an mp3 althought the song is on HDD.

So i suggest to add a boutton "File name" which couls search in the full file name in the case that there is no found in "artist", "album" or "song" mode. (because of ID TAG not filled for exemple)

The inconvienient is a supplementary field in music database (main.dat) and perhaps longer music database bulding.

David what do you think about that?
