Few notes about 1.5

I was under the impression it was way too slow on our M10000s

Yeah,

right now 1.5 is absolutely useless on my M10000, so i have 1.2 installed in my car - and can´t test all the other features of 1.5.

So .. this should be the first bug fixed .. and maybe then it can be called 1.51 .. and 1.6 after this with all the bugs fixed.

Biggest problem I am having, is that in 1.5 it will enable integrated GPS every time through installer, even after removing the plugin -- and hence I cannot use iGuidance, or any other form of GPS.

Two main "bugs" noticed even with Via Epia SP 1.3:
- comparing to 1.4, version 1.5 is very slow (you press the button, program reacts with short delay)
- buttons stays colored in green after clicked

I am still using 1.5, because it has some really nice new features (playlists), but I am very patient, so I have to click very slow with delays

David, have you already figured out, what is the reason, that this version so slow comparing to previous one?

I'm working on it... there was a lot of changes in 1.5... I will hopefully get 1.6 released sooner than later...

Here's hoping that 1.6 will be released soon so I can take it with me on my upcoming ThanksGiving trip.

David, will it definitely NOT be available by Wednesday? Just so I don't get my hopes up.

Dude you people need to lighten up on David a little. From the sound of it, hes one guy doing this whole GODLY program. Also 1.5 beta, the whole thing is beta, I don't think he needs IT EFFING SLOW told 50 times, I think he got the point and he even responded, 1.6 is comming, he knows the issues, just wait! I have a few problems but they are are being addresses in 1.6. Personally though I thouggh 1.5 is the best so far, even with the bugs I had in 1.4. But beta is beta.
