    CF 1.5 DVD not playing

    Afternoon all,

Firstly, I'd like to say thanks to David and his team for creating such a marvolous piece of kit...

Ok, here is my problem. When either loading DVD's or clicking the 'DVD' button in CF the DVD starts great but seems to disable to touchscreen, well I wouldn't say disable, more of a freeze. When I eject the disk, the TS then catches up on my finger commands within a second or two. I have installed an NVIDIA codec pack onto my HD which works fine in MP (apart from the FPS rate) Can anyone help?

    Thanks

I would suggest a different codec maybe and see if it still does it... Try WinDVD or PowerDVD... if you are using an M10000 the best codec made for that board was WinDVD 5 with hardware acceleration enabled...

Sorry for the dumb question,...How would swap out the codec that CF uses.
BTW, Great app. I can't hardly wait for 1.6. You definetely have one customer lined up for the package w/o Destinator (since I prefer iGuidance).

Yes, I'm using an M10000, I did try using multiple codecs but it just seems to freeze the system. I'll try the WIN DVD 5 tonight. By the way David, I have just completed my install on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'll post a few pictures very soon. Here is one for now of the screen....Looks good eh???

Yo check yoself fool... You need to calm down dude. Might blow a head gasket there if ur not careful. For a guy with 4 posts you have quite an attitude there.

Did u not notice the "" at all? I actually think your screen looks quite good tbh (bet you didn't do that yourself tho... lol).

Anyways, no offence meant man, chill out... peace and love forever... and all that jazz.

Sorry man, my bad. It is actually all my own work. I work for a company owned by George Lucas and used latex combined with your common fibre glass. This will stop any gracking and also won't absorb the heat as much. Not sure if you can see on the picture but I have also built a miniature camera into the screen so I can use MSN for video conferencing. The piture isn't that good. So how is your project going? How far along are you? You better get it installed, I hear alot of Ford Focuses are being stolen in the U.K.
