    Embed Shortcut?

    Is there a way to embed a shortcut? I want to open a shortcut to Windows Explorer with certain parameters that display explorer a certain way and start in a certain location. Can I do this?
    Carputer Progress:

    Re-do fabrication of screen [DONE]
    Add mini-USB and micro-USB power from M2-ATX [DONE]
    Teardown PC [100%]
    Add HDMI > VGA converter [0%]

    point an ext. app to "c:\windows\explorer.exe" with app param/args of "c:\path\to\dir"

    Is this Possible? I'm sure one of you smart guys can help me :)
