I wish that he would release more builds with little fixes at a time insted of every half a year a new version comes out and where stuck with the bugs till the new one comes out. Like 1.6.1 then 1.6.2 eveytime he fixes some bugs. Yes when the new version comes out theres alot of new stuff. I wish that He would fix bugs then release mabe a patch or something. Keep up the good work but say it will be out in a day or two then 4 pass just come on here and say "I have to put it off for need to fix this first" Not being mean and im not mad just showing what i would do if it was my program. But then its not my program so what can i say
Sometimes that's just how software development works.. When he releases a version, if he's doing a major upgrade (depending on how he does version control with his source code), he might be unable to do a minor upgrade. Sometimes with the major problems right after a release, he has it close enough so he can do major fixes, but if there's problems with the release that he can't reproduce, he's probably not going to spend time on fixing just that stuff, else he'll get into a cycle where he can't get a new version out with the stuff he really wants..
Yeah, it'd be great to have little minor revisions.. but lets not forget, he is just one man.. he's got plenty going on!
that is the plan... by 1.7 it should be implemented... you will notice a new update button in the tools section...Originally Posted by bns2000
