    How to configure MapMonkey in CF 1.6b like ext. app?

    Please, can someone tell me how to configure MapMonkey in CF 1.6b like external application?

    Wont work in CF 1.6 CF keeps taking focus so MM or FreeDrive is useless. 1.7 will have those issues fixed... Hopefully
