Centrafuse as the shell

Ok so is there any way to make it umm better? when i enable it as the shell, it shows the win xp logo and all that, and it loads onto the desktop and then loads cf after that, anyway to make it so it just goes straight to it? should i follow the faq in the faq section? or will it pretty much do the same thing?

also how do i make the music/media play automatically when cf starts? i have autoplay media enabled but it doesnt do anything

also if i exit cf (to go check stuff say on the hard drive), then it goes to a blank desktop, what am i suppose to do then?

Settings -> General -> Autoplay Media -> ON

Try this: Settings -> General -> Startup/Shutdown Commands -> Shutdown -> add Explorer.exe

hehe u quoted me and suggested what i already did

ya i already have autoplay media on, doesnt do anything, im pretty sure it worked before, may need to give it a lil reinstall

do i have to do ALL the stuff in the faq? also where is explorer.exe? its not Internet explorer right?

You are correct, it's not IE. The path to Explorer is c:\[windows]\explorer.exe

just make centrafuse the explorer shell...

Start->Run->GPEDIT.MSC->user config->admin templates->system-> right hand pane look for (custom user interface) and change this over to point to your front end.

Make sure you have a way to run explorer afterwords incase you need to get back.
