.NET too new?

I just downloaded 1.6Beta, going to use CF for the GS-T, and I have .NET 2.0. It wont let me install. It requires a .NET 1.1.4322

Is there anyway around this?

uninstall 2.0, install 1.0 then reinstall 2.0

Microsofts website only lets you download 2.0... Where can I get 1

but MS won't let me download it without IE installed. Site just hang when I click the DL link!

using tinyxp & firefox, everything else works fine ...

You should be able to find the .NET 1.1 file on the internet pretty easily with some google searching...

load IE on your tinyxp install. It will not increase your boot time as well as it will allow the web browser in centrafuse to function.

then you can download it.

Or try and download it on a computer that has the full version of Windows running and then copy it to a disc.
