So i figured it out, it wasnt connecting cuz it didnt have HID configured. But on my phone when the HID image comes up the image doesnt cover the entire screen, the little toolbar onthe bottom disappears but the centrafuse image doesnt cover that area....

Like I said, this remote control is made for K750i. The screen sizes may vary from phone to phone, the controls may be different/not working..

I suggest you make your own remote from scratch to be sure that it will work with your phone.. No need to make a new background, the default will of course work just as well.. Look up the hotkeys for the functions you want in CF, or for that matter any other application you may want to control, and add them to the buttons you want.

anyone know if there's anything like this for Windows Mobile 5 phones? Having this on my 8125 would be pretty hot.

Sony Ericsson has this software made specifically for their phones that allows the remote control capability. I suppose it might be possible for you to write your own program somehow, but it's probably made to work with the SE operating system.

Just found this... looks like a pretty easy and flexible remote control app that works over BT, wifi, etc. with a host app on the PC.

I've got it working on my desktop PC controlling iTunes already, should be easy to make a custom frontend to control CF in the car.

I saw a couple of others that integrate more directly with WMP, winamp, or Itunes and they even let you edit playlists on the mobile device. I might do something like that for my home setup. For the car and CF in particular, I like the generic-ness of this one.

Can anyone post a PSD for these files. I like the Carbon Fibre look. I have now downloaded the Sony software, so looking forward to making my own remote.

    Many thanks.
