Rc2 Without Progress Bar???

For me a progressbar is only needed in fullscreen mode for videos. So if you really have a 2h movie or something like that, you wouldn't have to hold the fwd button for so long. I think it would fit really well in the theme. (Of course the progressbar should have the same texture, but with a different color.) Just look at the image I attached.

Advantages of such a bar are mainly in security. You wouldn't have to look on the screen for long, while jumping in your movie. Cause you could jump right in the middle with just one click.

I will not even think to purchase centrafuse without a slider. I am not going to hold a FF button for music and think thats okay. All I want even is the code added to CF so I can just add it in the skin myself.

cool idea! in the music section you could also put it behind the song it plays. but for me a slider is nog really needed in music and i don't watch movies that often

I agree that for movies a slider would be very benefitial. I personally can't care less though, because I don't watch movies in my car. It's dangerous. And boring. :P

A progress bar is way better than FF/REW. There should be one no doubt as many have said many times before. CF is one of the few software players I have ever seen without one. Even windows sound recorder has one. It is silly not to include it. If David really hates it it doesn't have to go in the default skin at all, but please make it possible to add in a custom skin for those of us that like it.

I will look into this once I get everything else done... It is at the very bottom of my list...

I personally hate the idea of a slider in the car, but I will look to add it for other users once I get everything else I need to get done finished...
