Apple got what they deserve.
But anywho, I think they will be fine, Apple sued for some meanial trashcan patent ****, so im sure Creative was just like "Hey, lets go ***** with Apple! Those jerks need a taste of their own medicine!"
I was reading Slashdot today, and I was surprised to see that Creative has won a $100 Million lawsuit to Apple, because Apple has used intellectual property in the iPod music player, specifically related to the hierarchical navigation interface (select by Album, by Artist, etc.)
Doesn't CF use something almost identical? I hope this doesn't spell trouble for Flux.
