    New Feature: Navi: Address book

Perhaps in the future some kind of "read" feature from Outlook/MS Addressbook could be implemented.

I use http://www.plaxo.com, and could just install Outlook and have it sync with Plaxo and then if CF Navi could from there i would have 60% of my destinations already in place.

And also the ability to switch POI's/Favourites to be listed A-Z or by Distance, only need one button.

If I want to find the nearest petrol station distance is perfect, but I want to find something regardless of distance it takes and age finding stuff.

Something else I've noticed occassionally is that the top row of buttons will go black, but briefly reappear when you press the black area where the buttons are.

Opening up address dialoges takes 30seconds plus, and some streets and odd postcodes are missing now when they were'nt in RC3. Something amiss in the filter I think.
Im also getting a verbal 'Warning, approaching Favorite' or something and small red text mesage on nearing every favorite.... I have lots - can we tell it which to alert for and which not too?

I've also noticed that there is no big direction indicator flashing up like D3 used to give as you approach a manuever, this makes Nav better for those who have a headunit for radio

Also this would be a nice way of making visual speedcam warnings... With distance to camera, speed limit, and current speed flashing BIG on the screen if you are speeding.

More time to play with navi :-)

When I schedule a long drive Navi choose a ferry to cut cross Denmark, I would like for it NOT to do that :-) Can I setup the Avoid feature to always avoid ferries, or do I have to do it every time?
    How do I do it?

When you open the "Show Turns" menu, the arrow down/up skips only 1 step at a time, should it not skip pages just like everywhere else i CF? It takes quite some time to go through 30-40 steps :-)

When in show route (and the entire route is shown on the map) and then turn on "Show turns" you could highligt the section of the entire trip when I click on each of the "turns/steps" in the Turn list. This is every usefull when driving new places...

How are the ETA speeds calculated, are you using hard-coded speed settings? We´re allowed to do 130km/t on highways here in Denmark, and a 300km trip is usually 45minutes shorter han ETA withing speed limits, can I change this/optimize?

In TomTom there is a very nice feature, a "countdown" to the next turn, then you always know how much "attention" you should give the navi..... Like when doing a long trip it´s nice to know that nothing will happen for the next 234,8km :-)
This feature would be very cool to have maybe in the 2nd line with info (Media time, MP3/WMV bar) so that no matter where in CF you are, you always know when the next "thing" is going to happen in Navi, example:
    <current playing title>
    234,8km MP3 1:45

The GPS info bar, sometimes resets to something else than i "locked" it at, often it resets to "current street name" it must like this one :-)

I will see why it's not flashing the upcoming turn, that use to work... It's something in the Desintator.inf in the visual folder that I messed with I'm sure...

I am working to get the favorites alert feature added where I can enable/disable them just like avoid roads and hide/show POI's...
