I just started fresh with an install of TinyXp rev. 5 and installed Centrafuse. I actually installed .net framework 1.1 before Centrafuse, but anyways. The program opens and sends me through an initial setup to configure the general settings. Once I'm through the setup the program loads, but all the button are blank and clicking on 'em does nothing. If I close out and open the program back up it sends me through the initial setup again. The values are set to what I change them to last, but it makes me go through the setup every time. Is anyone running under TinyXp rev. 5 with success or does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
I should probably make note, too that the phonecontrol program errors out when I try and configure my phone. I don't know if the problem is related in any way, but I wanted to put it out there.
That's so funny you say that because I did just that. I ran a fresh install of WinXp Pro. I think the problem had something to do with the .NET framework 'cause I found an error.log in the centrafuse program files directory and found several routines that were erroring out...As I like to say, "If at first you don't succeed, give up 'cause it's a hell of a lot easier than dealing with the problem."
Man, I am the one who spent hours (or daysof trying on TinyXP... one word... give up! Really, you will not be able to run Centrafuse on TinyXP, but there are other solutions...
Take a look:
Error.log when running 1.7 on TinyXP rev.4

I have been using RC2 on TinyXP rev2 without any problems. Although I know everyone will want to use the latest RC, but when I update I will let you know if it still works.
