Simply go to http://www.centrafuse.com and click the login or my account button in the top right, you will see "don't have an account, click here"...

You probably got .NET 1.1 through windows update and also got the security updates, which include requiring login...

To get around this you must set a password for the account you are using to login with under control panel/users accounts...

Then click start/run and type "control userpasswords2" This will bring up a dialog, which you will see a check box at the top that says require login, uncheck this and hit ok. It will then ask for what account to use to login everytime automatically. Type your username and the newly set password you gave it, reboot and no more login screen...

Once you are registered you can get a serial number under your My Account page....
