No hibernate with GPS - Holux Gr-213

Hello,
i have a problem with centrafuse and my holux gr-213. If i set the pc to hibernate the pc wont go to them. He stops at "preparing hibernate mode" and nothing happens :/

I think its a Destinaor problem. When i user GPS with FreeGPS in windows (without cf running) the pc shut down to hibernate without any problems.

Any ideas? The Holux is in NMEA Mode with 4800.

very strange.. I have personally used many holux receivers...

some driver is being accessed and not liking the hibernate while CF is loaded...

Destinator will hibernate just fine... Does it hibernate if you don't load navigation or have the COM set different for navigation?
