    Shell nowarning

Anyone else have problems with Centrafuse wiping the Shell arguments?

I add nowarning etc etc to the shell string in the registry.. And everytime on a reboot centrafuse wipes it back out to just centrafuse.exe

    Cheers

I had same problem. Try setting "CF as Shell" to "OFF" and then just change the reg manually and it should be all ok. I think?

(backup in case it doesn't work as you could end up not being able to boot into anything if something goes wrong)

...if this does happen, does anyone know how to recover from this? I.E. edit registry from another computer

The problem with this method is if Centrafuse is set not to load as shell. When you exit centrafuse it doesnt open the explorer shell like it would otherwise...

you will have to work out a way to do this yourself with startup shutdown commands, which shouldn't be that hard...

I cannot have the integrated use shell disable the safety features...

Let us know when you do please.

Similarly when CF is set as shell using CF settings, the new minimise button leads to nowhere.

I fixed all these issues in the upcoming release...

minimize really serves no purpose when in shell mode and the button could be removed as a button action...

I made it in the new release that minimize will show the taskbar if it is set to auto hide, and hide it again on restore of centrafuse...

not sure you would want to modify the registry, load explorer, do a shell replacement while the old shell was still running, then load explorer, then on restore modify the registry again, and kill all process that are explorere.exe...

I think when in shell if you want the desktop you simply hit exit and you can remove the minimize button, unless the above sound feasible... I think the timing would be hard to match and windows would not like it very much...
