Ho you should right
I haven't though about that.
I just played with "appearence" advanced settings.
Right click on desktop
"Properties"
"Apearence"
"Advanced"
And then you have a setting windows which appears.I am not sure if this is because of that.
I will try to set all to default and see if the problem disapear.
Yu were right.
I have found :
Change these settings
- Click at "1"
- Change height in "2"
David, will you fix this problem? I showed you how to reproduce the problem above
I added it to my list to look into and get fixed...

I found a fix for this bug...
It was very weird, even with the Form's BorderStyle set to None, when the minimize/maximize/close are enlarged, it does not allow the form to get any smaller than the size of those bottoms, which is why you see the extra space...
I changed it to a ToolBar border and then manually removed the border and it works, but I should not have to do this, that is what Border = None is supposed to do... can't seem to find any information as to why either...
testing to make sure it has no adverse effects, but should be fixed in next release...

Thank you David.
You're the best.
But I doesn't explain what I told HERE
Why when you change the skin manually (by pressing DIM button for 3secondes) to change Day skin to Night skin, the problem is solved until the next CF restart ?
The problem looked more loke bad parameters in CF start and which are corrected when toggle DAY/NIGHT skin manually.
Please try and tell me if it happens to you too.
your right, that does not explain that... The whole problem I was having should not have existed at all with FormBorder set to None...
I believe the new solution should fix it, I was able to reproduce and determine why the extra black was their, it was the exact to the pixel what windows had set to the minimum window width...
