ANd do you have Windows explorer to show hidden files and folders? LocaAppData is a hidden location by default, but you probably already knew that, just making sure...Such a path does not exist on my XP SP2 machine.
I do not have a login.
The 'Administrator' has no "Local Settings" directory.

Mitch,
I have radio Buffering OFF.
Did you ever have trouble in RC3 with CF failing to UNMUTE the Playback Line-IN (line-in on my sound card) when moving from Music to HDRadio?
I start CF in HDRadio. The first time I move from HDRadio to Music, CF mutes the playback line-in as it should so I can hear the WAV output.
But I then move back to HDRadio from Music, and line-in stays muted.
All HD radio issues should be fixed as of CF V 2.0.626
